The manual hydraulic roll forming machine W24Y is capable of bending metal profiles of various cross-sections at any angles in one roll without limiting the radius (even more than 360 degrees). It is possible to do metal processing in different planes on it: spiral bend metal pipes and profiles, create circles from the corners. The only limitation of roll forming machines is the bending radius.
The workpiece is clamped between three rollers equipped with hydraulic motors and having modular nozzles suitable for the workpiece of any cross-section. Two rollers move relative to the third, their position is adjusted in an arc. On the front side (on both sides) there are auxiliary rollers that control the movement of parts and the proportionality of bending.
The position of the machine during operation can be both vertical and horizontal.
