Quick fixation and release of the workpiece is carried out with the help of farts and return springs. The fixation of the blade segments according to linear dimensions is carried out using an installation groove, which allows you to set any size for bending the sides (the effect of floating segments). The fundamental difference between the bending machines with a foot drive of the WF series from the WS series is the foot clamp, thanks to which the upper beam can be moved without using hands, which allows you to quickly and accurately place the workpiece on the bed and ensures high bending accuracy. The lower knife of the WF series foot-operated bending machines is removable and has the necessary adjustments to perform radial bending.

Manual sheet bending of the WS series brand is focused on bending sheet metal up to 1.5 mm thick in galvanizing, 1 mm in stainless steel and 2 mm in copper. In this case, the angle should be no more than 120 °. It is installed using the angle lock. Like all machines belonging to the class of bending machines, the WS model has a solid frame that eliminates possible vibrations during operation on the machine. Compensation for the deflection of the traverse is provided. The very design of the machine is quite simple. The machine has no restrictions on the depth of material supply, since there is no back wall in its design. There is no rear stop. A segmented blade is included as standard (with the exception of the WS 2500A model). Its use not only reduces the cost of repairing the machine, if necessary, replacement, but also increases the service life of the machine.
